Lascelles is a locality in Victoria, Australia, located approximately 113 km from Swan Hill, Victoria. At the 2006 Census the state suburb of Lascelles had a population of 114.[1]
The township was established as a station on the Mildura railway line and was named after Edward Harewood Lascelles owner of the Minapre grazing property in the area and a partner of wool-brokers Dennys-Lascelles.[3] Lascelles Post Office opened in 1903 when the railway arrived.[4]
With its neighbouring township Woomelang, Lascelles has a football team (Woomelang-Lascelles) competing in the Mallee Football League.
